Pros: One of the best hotel in Bournemouth, staff very friendly and very secure to leave the luggage with them from start to finish all perfect thank you! Cons: I did like this hotel I can not thing anything that I didn't like the hotel is a proper hotel

Pros: 15min walk from the station, en suite with kettle in the room and full English breakfast from 07-11 am the next day. It has a swimming pool, and gym in the Spa section downstairs. In a quiet neighbourhood Cons: Not much
I realy enjoyed my stay, it was nice and quiet.
Pros: Lovely and friendly staff, very professional. I like the setup of the spa facilities; pools are nice and cosy. All facilities are close by, the gym, pool, spa, jacuzzi and the Sunna, everything is nice and clean. The restaurant is very beautiful, food is nice, staff are very nice and friendly. Massage session was excellent. The environment is very quiet, great for relaxing. Beach is about 5 minutes’ walk, very lovely beach, one of the best in England. Cons: The room is old fashion, bathroom and toilet a bit old, needs to be change. Dont like the wall Paper. Room is a bit dark.
