Pros: Location was good and pleasant apartment. Cons: We booked a deluxe apartment, but were informed just one night before our arrival that it was unavailable due to the previous guests extending their stay. While we were offered a alternative options or a full refund, I had no choice but to accept the changes because I am traveling with my family and it was too late to find other suitable accommodations. Clean apartment, well equipped, good location

Nice, very convinient to cafes and visiting my Melbourne family.

Pros: Convinient spot Cons: We now have a good idea how to get and use the e-key - it is Ok however I do not like handing over our identity cards - what guarantee there will not be stollen and used for identity theft.

We have now stayed here twice and will definitely stay again.

Pros: Great location, with a tram stop directly out the front. Our car doesn’t fit in the underground carpark which wasn’t a problem as it was easy to find parking down the side streets and out the front. Very clean. Cons: The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans but the crockery was mismatched and not enough for 4 people.
