Excellent service and location.
Pros: Picked this place due to parking and short distance to the University. Was very impressed by presentation of the room and helpfulness of the staff. Comfy beds & plunger coffee rather than just instant were pluses too. Would also recommend the French restaurant just over the road. Cons: Car park would be a tight fit for a ute or larger SUV.

Pros: Gute Innenstadtlage, dank Zimmer zur Parkseite auch leise! Nettes zuvorkommendes Personal, das immer hilfsbereit war. Gute Zimmerausstattung mit Pantryküche, Waschmaschine und Trockner! Attraktionen wie der Skytower oder auch der Hafen sind fußläufig gut erreichbar! Cons: Das Housekeeping könnte optimiert werden. Mal blieben schmutzige Handtücher liegen (es waren aber immer auch frische Handtücher da), mal gab es kein Duschgel und mal war das Bett nur sehr halbherzig gemacht.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, with good recommendations for food. Cons: The room aircon had been set to 29 degrees so on arrival it was very hot. Easily rectified.
