Good value for larger families.
Pros: Clean in general, but the fold-out couch mattress was super old and gross, so couldn’t use it, under the couch was pretty dirty too, need to occasionally vacuum and pick up people's hair bands food and rubbish. Cons: Was a good stay! Breakfast was good value but would have been nice to have a coffee machine instead of instant coffee.

Pros: From the moment we checked in until we checked out, Dolly at reception made our stay so enjoyable. We stayed for five days while attending a tennis tournament, and nothing was too much trouble for her. Our room was always spotless, and the lovely housekeeping staff—especially the lady who looked after our room on the fourth floor each day—were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also tried the breakfast one morning, which was simple but really good, and once again the staff were outstanding. Cons: There wasn't really anything we didn't like during our stay. Cons: Had to call multiple times over a few days and on the day of check-in to finally get instructions on how to get my key after check-out time. Then when we arrived there were NO towels in the room at all and no staff present to get us some. After-hours line also unavailable
