Great, easy check in. Room is ok. Bed pretty comfortable. An affordable option for a night or two.

The after-hours check process was easy, and the staff were personable and helpful. Everything worked as it should, and it's very handy for Parnell restaurants for evening meals.

Nice easy place to.get to and quiet as well very good place

Excellent location to visit the Auckland hospital. Good and safe walking or quick uber ride to many locations. Nearby Parnell eat choices also make it a great location. Our room was small ( all we needed) and very clean. The tiles in the bathroom were so clean (always a give away in hotel rooms). And the staff were friendly, quick to reply to my emails, and great organising a late check in for us which worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place for cleanliness and location.

Carlaw Park

We arrived "after hours" at 4 pm on a Sunday. Had to wait at the intercom to contact a representative to give us access to the lobby. But otherwise a straightforward stay. The room was generous sized, with separation between bedroom and kitchen area. There was a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. It is very handy if visiting a student, adjacent to Stewart McCutcheon house.
