Absolutely amazing would definitely stay there again

Staff were very friendly and helpful good location rooms were clean beds were comfy facilities in the room were great apartment was nice and large

Business trip

Overall, a good experience. Gym facilities could do with an upgrade. The room was clean and had everything i needed for my stay. Parking facilities were good and location was great.

The staff were wonderful, in particular Georgia. She made us welcome was efficient in dealing with our requests and was a genuine pleasure.

Fine but grey

Pros: Clean and all the stuff we’re lovely Cons: Not the best location, often felt unsafe, walking to and from restaurants etc in the evening. The room was quite small and dark, and all the windows went into the car park so had to keep curtains closed.

Dark and Dingy

We have stayed many times at Quest before in Victoria and they have all been great but this one in Newcastle West was very disappointing because the room only had one small window in the living room which was right on the street and therefore unable to open the blind without people walking past looking in. It is also in a rather unpleasant sketchy part of Newcastle !
