Perfect for one night stay in Auckland
Easy to get to. Parking was good
Great communication from the start. The room had seating that looked over park as requested. The staff on arrival were
Pros: I loved the lounge looking towards the park with nice seating. The bed was very comfortable. Cons: It would be great if there was a few shelves to put your toiletries on in the bathroom.
Was good location, cold living areas, bedrooms warm facilities good, not impressed by dirty bedding
Pros: First night I got eaten alive I dont think the sheets had been changed, I did however get new bedding once I complained and was told by the maid bedding gets done every 7-9 weeks so was disgusted with that. After bedding was changed I did not get bitten again. Cons: Getting eaten alive by dirty bedding
Pros: I stayed for 4 nights, but in expensive Auckland, the kitchen facilities were well-equipped and helpful
Pros: I stayed for 4 nights, but in expensive Auckland, the kitchen facilities were well-equipped and helpful. There were dishes, colanders, cutting boards, knives, dishcloths, salt, pepper, refrigerator, dishwasher, detergent, and most other things. There were also a washing machine and dryer, and I did laundry every day. Laundry detergent was provided daily. It took about 20 minutes to walk to the sea or Sky Tower. The location may not be as good as hotels in the city, but it was enjoyable to walk around. The front desk staff were friendly. Cons: Nothing in particular
