Always fine though this time not the best room next to the elevator and internet was hopeless.
Pros: Good location and large room with good facilities Cons: Unfortunately our room was next to the elevator so there was a bit of noise. Also, the Internet was effectively useless.

A perfect location and hotel to explore Melbourne and surrounds for out of towners with kids.
Everything went well, It is in an outstanding location, very close to the tram station, cafe's, shops and CBD. As a traveler coming from the East of the city, getting to the hotel was incredibly easy, only a few turns and short drive from the A1. The two bedroom unit with two bathrooms was the perfect choice for my family of 4. Having a bath was a nice surprise too. The easy access to the park for a morning run down to the river was also handy, and a nice place to stroll with the family.
