Skin Related Problems After Staying in this Accommodation, Very Unpleasant Stay for the Family.

Pros: The only good thing about this accommodation was it's city location. Cons: 1. The staff seems like they are not interested in customer service. 2. Terrible cleanliness. 3. We had some issues with skin related irritation after the stay. 4. Everytime you want to have some response, either they are not available or they won't respond to your query. 5. The refund/cancellation/credit policy is too outdated and anti-customer.

Would not stay again reception times, personnel, homeless and unsafe, noise worst accommodation I hace stayed in pillow

Terrible - Do not stay here

Pros: Nothing a absolute Horrendous stay, I will never Use Quest again. Cons: I am writing this due to my Horrendous stay in The Quest Hobson St Auckland. I picked Quest as I thought being a Branded Name it would meet certain standards. I was completely incorrect. I was visiting for a conference, with the new conference facilities 5 mins walk away, you are going to get Business customers, I really hope they do not stay here. Cleaners Firstly let's start with a positive, the Cleaners did clean each day; all be it late. I actually really feel for them as how do you make somewhere in such ba
