Paid more than the apartment was worth.

Pros: Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we would need. Decent amenities. Location was close to where we needed to be. Cons: Lock on the apartment door was broken. Carpets were worn and frayed. Couch was old and unsupportive with a substantial soft spot that when sitting on it you fell through to feel wood. No conditioner in the shower bottle. Our room was not ready when we arrived to check in, despite me telling reception that we would be there at the time we arrived. We were given the apartment next door and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom doors and main bathroom doors were locked.

I would prefer to stay on the ground floor without any stairs to climb.

Pros: Was close to where my congregation is. Cons: I didn’t like that there’s too many stairs. I was on the second floor, there’s set of steps to go to the apartment. Lounge room, kitchen are downstairs then two more sets of stairs to go up to the bedrooms and bathrooms. I’m an elderly and am struggling with my knees going back and forth on the stairs plus carrying my luggage.

Pros: Position and layout Cons: Poorly cleaned, food on floor under couch, bathroom and shower area old and dirty, mould on ceiling in shower.
