Great location and beautiful hotel
Pros: The location is conviniently located next to both Southern Cross and Flinders stations, with many main tram lines running nearby and lots of attractions, cafes and restaurants a walking distance away. Cons: During my two-night stay, the aircon in my room kept shutting off at random and I would wake up hot and gasping for air. As the room was very small, it made for a very stuffy stay.

Desperately needed makeover
Pros: Location is good. Cons: Receptionist area lobby needs more light as well as lobby when you exit to your floor. Walls inside and outside bedroom needs repainting with light color to give more life and put colorful painting when you exit your floor lobby. Tissue box left in the room was nearly empty and there was no replacements left. Breakfast menu was monotonous. Coffee Bar needs to be frequently clean up. Building (internal)needs a bit of makeover.
