Pros: Good style , we loved the superman and spiderman, they should get some diet, location for a concert in united palace amazing, location for downtown around 40mint Cons: The beds were not really comfy, room pretty basic
Pros: The room had a nice view and housekeeping did a great job. The vouchers for snacks and drinks was really nice! When I needed repairs in the room they were done efficiently. Cons: The shower drain smelled. Th tv glitched when it was raining outside. The staff at times seemed a bit unprofessional at the front desk.

Pros: Nothing Cons: The aspects I didn’t like: The room is ridiculously small. There is barely enough space for two people to walk past each other. The refrigerator in the room is just as tiny. You can barely fit two cans of soda inside. The room is extremely cold, and at night, you can hear various noises coming from the AC unit, even when it is turned off. There is a constant buzzing sound and the sound of dripping water. It is incredibly frustrating and disturbing. We happened to visit NYC during a cold spell, and after spending an entire day exploring the city in the rain, we returned
