Great location and delicious breakfast, but the service and attention to detail fell short of expectations.

Pros: Excellent hotel location. The city centre can be reached on foot with a pleasant walk, and there is also a tram stop just 100 metres away. The breakfast was delicious. Cons: We stayed during a period when the hotel was very busy, and we got the impression that it was understaffed. At check-in, we had to wait in line for almost 20 minutes. A baby cot had been promised, but we never received one. The shower gel was missing from our room, and it was difficult to get housekeeping to replenish it. Bathrobes and disposable slippers were also not provided in the room.

Pros: waw. Wat een ontvangst. zowel aan de receptie als aan de bar en in het restaurant voor het ontbijt. Zéér vriendelijke staff. De kamer was excellent, met een zeer goed bed. De badkamer was uitstekend met een goede douche. Er is veel aanwezig zoals haardroger en andere amenities. En het ontbijt was echt subliem. Ik heb mijn buikje echt rond gegeten. Er is enorm veel keuze en er is zelfs live cooking, dus laat de kok weten hoe je je eitjes wil! Cons: als ik echt heel kritisch moet zijn, was er een oude kleine vlek op de tapijt in onze kamer. Maar ik ben er wel van overtuigd dat de kamers g

Angenehme und wohlwollende Begegnung. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Pros: Zimmer und Bad sind in außergewöhnlich gutem Zustand und lassen kaum einen Wunsch offen. Cons: Es gab für uns keine Beanstandungen.

Lager top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Super kompetentes und freundliches Personal.

Pros: Top-Lage, Top-Preis-,Leistungsverhältnis, Gute Zimmerausstattung Cons: Der Teppichboden auf der 10. Etage im Flur müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Er hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich.😉
