Hotel bed was very comfortable slept very well however facilities were in need of some cleaning.

Pros: Location great for me personally/ close to the reason I was in Limerick, food very tasty, staff very nice at check in/ checkout and breakfast! Cons: The pool facilities smelled both nights of sewerage, it was quite vile. Gym is very poor not much machines. Spoke to a lady in the changing room she said the spa/ leisure always is quite unhygienic which is very disappointing. The second night the person who answered the phone never lodged my order for room service dinner I was waiting an hour which was very frustrating after a long day.

Comfortable stay, staff were ALL so friendly and accommodating

Pros: Sauna and jacuzzi were great. Bed was comfy Cons: It is just a little dated - but it’s worth it for the price!
