Hotel with charm but lacking in some areas

Pros: We had a suite where the kids had put up beds in the living area. At first glance, it looked really amazing. The main bed was so comfortable and convenient for both theaters. Cons: Issues began to arise when the grandsons didn't like the beds; it felt like sleeping on wood. The fridge didn't work. The bathroom mat fell apart. The shaving mirror was positioned inconveniently, not where you needed it, so it was not suitable for its purpose. The TV casting wouldn't connect. The phone didn't work, and we had to go to reception for room service as they didn't answer the mobile. It's a shame b

Well-located, with pleasant staff, but the air conditioning has been a persistent issue.

Pros: The staff were consistently lovely and helpful. The breakfast selection was good. The location is fantastic, the hotel is reasonably priced, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The drop-off parking area is convenient, as is the nearby NCP car park. Cons: It is unacceptable for a hotel of this star rating, targeting business travelers, to have such a long-standing issue with its air conditioning. Many guests mentioned that this problem had persisted for months. During the heatwave, this issue was particularly noticeable and understandably left guests extremely dissatisfied. The staff d

Pros: Fantastic location! Our room was impeccably clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the extra touches, which made a significant difference. Cons: N/A
