Lovely stay in a safe and great location for easy access to Canary Wharf. Staff were lovely.
Pros: Spacious, nice bar room was great and nice little touches with the free drink at the bar. Reception staff on checking in was lovely and very helpful. Cons: The shuttle driver could be more accommodating helpful and friendly and learn a thing or two about customer service and courtesy!

Pros: Had a long travel journey and arrived at the hotel at 9am. Maria was so accommodating and allowed me to check-in at 1pm and upgraded me to the penthouse as compensation. Was extremely kind and generous of her. The penthouse has incredible views and very luxurious Cons: The carpets had loads of stains, especially around the edge of the bed.
Disappointing, poor service, cold food, room had nice views
Pros: The room was a good location with river views. Cons: The restaurant was poor. Ordered 2 rib eye steaks, we received 2 steaks but not rib eye and one was cold so sent back. I was charged for the chips even though everything else was cold and sent back, not good customer service. Bar service appalling all pumps being out of use at 7pm at night no explanation stood waiting 45 minutes still no drinks offered. Very poor hospitality compared to other Radisson hotels.
