Dirty Rooms, a Broken Promise and Intimidating Behaviour from Management.

Pros: Sheima, who works at reception was lovely. Cons: We left this hotel feeling unwelcome, patronised and extremely uncomfortable. What should have been an enjoyable stay with my daughters turned into an exhausting experience in which every genuine concern seemed to be dismissed rather than resolved. Our first room was dirty, with visible dust and badly smudged mirrors. After complaining, we were moved to another room, only to find similar problems: marks and smears, dirty bathrobes and a broken hairdryer. Terrible customer service, not customer focused

Pros: Close to O2 Cons: Staff reuse to put an item I left into a pre-paid envelope and post back to me. Arrives at 3pm and room wasn’t ready so had to wait around. Cleaners waking me up in the room with a lot of noise

Servizio accettazione al check in fantastico, abbiamo apprezzato il late check out e l’upgrade di camera. Struttura molto bella e funzionale con ottima vista sul fiume. La colazione è stata deliziosa con cibo di qualità. Una bella scoperta, sarà il nostro punto di riferimento per i prossimi viaggi a Londra! Consigliatissimo!
