Pros: Location near metro Cons: Noisy because our room 264 at the back of the building faced a courtyard where there were deliveries and trash... no double glazing so very noisy early in the morning. Clogged toilet and we had to go to the reception twice for assistance. Regular noise from bathtub drainage. Bed or rather sofa bed for teenagers is very average. No French TV channels.

Pros: It’s a great location, a stone's throw from Warren Street station. Also, air conditioning in this blistering heat! Very clean, comfy, staff continually leaning forward 10/10! Cons: Nothing!
