Perfect location , fabulous staff and we will return
Pros: The location on Leicester Square was perfect ; a bottle of bubbly in the room and free drinks vouchers were a lovely bonus . The staff were all absolutely delightful . Cons: The room , although large is a bit dated . The shower struggled with my hair wash .

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent. Cons: The room was OK but a bit dated and was expensive for what it provided.

Cons: Horribly dated, broken furniture and facilities. Common areas are nice but the rooms are a disgrace.
