The hotel was excellent. Sofia was always friendly and smiling, and she kindly offered us complimentary breakfast. Thank you, Sofia, for the wonderful service! The hotel has a great location, the bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were quiet and well soundproofed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Charming Madrid Hotel in Great Location
Pros: The hotel was in a fairly quiet location, while still affording me easy access to many of the sights and museums that are so amazing in Madrid. It is also a comfortable walk from a district offering restaurants and shopping. The breakfasts were lovely, and offered cook to order items in addition to a great variety of choices each morning. Cons: Everything made it a four star experience!

Pros: A great location near lots of museums, lots of amenities. Cons: We were upgraded to a junior suite on both occasions which was fabulous. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our stay effortless. Great value too . Xx
