Radisson GRAY
This would be a very nice conveniently located hotel that is spoiled by the absence of any normal lighting. From the lobby to the rooms one can barely see. This coupled with the gray tones and absence of color make for a very dismal experience. The staff was nice and what we could see of the facility was clean, but turn on some lights!
Poor customer service and failure to respond
I have stayed at Radisson Blu Zurich Airport previously – it is an ok hotel for an airport stopover. This time I booked two nights. I did not end up staying, but want to share my experience because it says so much about the hotel’s approach to customer service. I had two prepaid, non-refundable room bookings. Then my flights through the Middle East were cancelled (for obvious reasons). The hotel refused any refund, which they had a right to do. I was then able to re-book a new flight and contacted the hotel in good faith to request a change of dates rather than a cancellation. The hotel’s resp
Convenient, but expensive
We chose this hotel because of its walking distance from the terminal at Zürich Airport. Other than its convenience, nothing truly special, in fact, a bit sterile looking. Staff were friendly. But the hotel is expensive for the basic type room available and this does not even include breakfast! However, I would stay here again if I had an early morning flight, as was our case.

entered the hotel restaurant at 6 pm and I was the 3rd person in the restaurant. my food arrived at 18:50, when I asked why it was so late, the waitress told me that there were many orders, but when I arrived there was no one there. ok the food was brought to me, I think the hotel maid would have prepared it better. Hotel, desperate.
Perfect emplacement pour l’aéroport.
Very nice hotel very practical for the airport. But disappointing that there is no porter service to help with luggage to the room. With a hotel of this standard, one would expect this.
