Wonderful friendly staff. Great service and very comfortable beds. Would definitely use this hotel again
Pros: Reception staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Location is excellent and very central. Beds were the most comfortable I have stayed in. Breakfast varied choice and in the rooftop restaurant. Cons: Small pool and spa that is complimentary BUT you have to book a time slot for, but actually this is necessary as they have a maximum number that can use at a time. It was however lovely as were the spa staff

Super Ausgangspunkt um Bilbao zu entdecken
Pros: Wir waren während der Aste Nagusia in Bilbao. Das Hotel hat eine top Lage und es war trotz Festival nicht zu laut dort. Mit Metro und Busverbindungen am Hotel, kommt man auch überall hin (zum Strand in ca 20 Minuten). Es kann aber auch alles zu Fuß erreicht werden (Museum, Restaurants, Shipping, Bootstour, …). Besonders schön war es auf der Rooftopbar. Der Service war stets am Auffüllen vom Büffet und man ist immer gut satt geworden beim Frühstück. Auch die Auswahl war top. Danke an das ganze Hotel-Team für eure nette Art und den Service! Cons: - - -

Tutto perfetto
Pros: Struttura nuova, curata nei minimi dettagli. Posizione perfetta per visitare Bilbao vicina alla metro e alla stazione dei treni. In 5 minuti si è nella parte vecchia della città e in circa 20 minuti si raggiunge il Guggenheim. Nonostante sia proprio sulla strada,l’hotel rimane molto silenzioso. Camera spaziosa, letto molto comodo e grande. Colazione ricca. Cons: Tutto perfetto
