We booked because it was the Radisson brand but the room, staff, service we got were disappointing.
Pros: Location of the hotel. Cons: A/C did not work; handheld shower holder was broken; toilet paper holder was missing; musty carpet smell; rubbish bin smelled bad; hand & body lotion bottle was either empty or the pump was broken; kettle switch only worked occasionally; and one hand-towel had a hole in it. The hotel room was dated.
Pros: The distance to the airport Cons: The hotel was like a train station. The furnishings in the room were partly run-down and it was not as clean as I would have expected for a hotel in this price range.

Pros: Good vicinity to airport Cons: Room was a long way down the back and with lots of baggage to manoeuvre it made it difficult, particularly when tired. Shuttle bus was 20 mins late which made our check in late.
Pros: Comfy bed Cons: Costs £7 each for shuttle bus from terminal 2
