Felt like I paid too much for the quality of the hotel

Pros: Cool elevator interior but it even needs cleaned and updated a little Cons: The comforter on the beds had stains all over them which was very gross. The sink area hand towel rack fell apart and all the towels dropped off and knocked our toothbrushes into a crack between the sink and wall which was also in need of repair itself. The bathroom has no interior shower curtain just the cloth one that got soaked with shower water then soaked the bathroom floor. The room had a slightly unpleasant smell to it. Pros: I like the convenient location. Cons: The hotel's online advertising on Google/Booking.com does not match reality. It is marketed as modern and convenient, but the property suffers from poor upkeep, old infrastructure, and understaffing. The online information of the amenities indicated the hours of the first-floor bar hours the: The bar was completely closed, and the top-floor restaurant had severely limited hours. Service quality was poor due to an obvious lack of staff. Room Maintenance: My first room had a mis calibrated, hard-to-use shower lever and a broken AC fan that constantly

Loved the stay, great location, felt safe, amazing view!!

Pros: The view is the best view you could possibly ask for, it was a nice room Cons: The bed and sheets could have been much better, the tub kept getting stopped up during the shower so it got full, they should make sure their drains are clean.

Short but left me wanting to come back…

Pros: Great location. Convenient stores and restaurants in walking distance beautiful room and view staff was e nice. Cons: The lighting in the parking lot could’ve been better. We left early in the morning it wasn’t light outside and the lights in the parking lot had gone off already.

Check-in was awful. Toilet seat was not screwed to the toilet and room was disgusting.
