Pros: Great hotel with a lovely breakfast too! Cons: Slightly out of the main city centre but great for the arena

Not happy.
Pros: Location Cons: I was charged per person for spa facilities. I asked for a complaint form , I wasn’t given . I do need it address because I spoke to a staff in the reception
