My stay at The Brix Hotel was outstanding. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and my room was available early, making check-in seamless. As an elite member, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary suite upgrade. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Really terrible costumer service - do not book!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn other travelers. I stayed at this hotel from June 21 to June 25 and specifically requested to pay in local currency. At check-out, I was initially charged approximately €1,541, which appeared consistent with the invoice I was given. That charge was later reversed and replaced with a charge of USD 1,934.40, without my authorization, without any prior notice, and without any explanation.
