Ok but not worth the cost
Pros: Breakfast was ok nothing special .the location for visiting tourist areas. Cons: Our room was next to a lift that was noisy.the room was cold . heating not working. We complained at reception and was told that someone would look at it but they didn't.the bathroom was very small the shower was up 2steps then down 1step.it was also very narrow.i couldn't use the shower because l walk with a stick and might of fallen

Pros: Lovely hotel in a great location for visiting York. Breakfast was great, and had a great nights sleep. Cons: The car park is a little hard to find and quite expensive, but to be expected in a city centre
Pros: The staff was very eager to help. The room had everything I needed. Cons: The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned when I got the room. Also, I would prefer not to have a bath tub, only a shower.
