Pros: The room was OK
Pros: The room was OK. Definitely not 4-star standard. Cons: Very poor air-conditioning. The hotel shuttle bus is NOT FREE on the return journey to the airport. The shuttle bus was crowded and didn't arrive on time as shown on the timetable. Very disappointing service.

Pros: The property's location and services were good. Cons: We were charged for early check-in by three hours, while early check-out should be refunded
