Great location
Pros: The location and view from my room was amazing and the takeaway pizza I got was gorgeous and great value for money Cons: The bed! I was so dissolved it looked amazing, huge but was just so uncomfortable I hardly got any sleep - the mattress was just too soft for me, I realise that is a total personal opinion and if it wasn't for lack of sleep it would be 10/10 for my stay but alas because of this I couldn't stay here again sadly.

Pros: Modern and sleek. Cons: Next to a construction site.
Quite disappointing.
Pros: I have stayed many times, but this time was not to the standard of previous stays. Cons: Carpet was badly marked in bedroom, bedside light had to be put on at door in middle of night, body lotion was empty. Only one coffee machine working at breakfast so big queue just to have coffee, could coffee pots be made available given the situation?
Pros: Loved the room with hydro view. Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.
