Wouldn’t return.

Pros: Location for 02 Cons: Both lifts were out of order. We booked a superior room and were given a wheelchair accessible room on the third floor. Some people had to walk up seven flights of stairs. On each landing, we were greeted with piles of dirty linen and overflowing rubbish sacks, presumably just left there as the lift was inoperable. Dirty glasses and crockery were left uncleared on window sills in the corridor. Stairwell carpets and walls were stained.

Never again

Pros: Location Cons: Most uncomfortable bed. Lift not working and having to climb 6 flights of stairs. This made my wife quite unwell. Stairwell unclean.

Second time using the hotel, nice room, but disappointed because of the above

Pros: Very convenient for the O2 arena Cons: The lift being out of action was not acceptable in this day and age, temporary yes, but not for a number of days. Offering cancellation was not helpful at such a late stage. Very surprised there was no other offer for the inconvenience

I wouldn’t go back. The rooms are right on the motorway so I haven’t slept the whole night and the lift was broken.

Pros: The location was convenient Cons: My room was right by the motorway and I could hear every car passing; it was terrible
