Pros: The shower was the best part of the stay and the beds were comfortable. Easy to get to the hotel from Heathrow using the hotel hopper bus. Our 4 year old was a big fan of the bunk bed. Easy process to leave our bags for a couple of hours after checking out. Cons: The baby cot that had been confirmed for the room was not provided. When this was followed up with staff they assured us it would be delivered, however this never happened. We eventually improvised (having arrived at 11pm, we didn't have the energy to follow up a second time). The self check in kiosk was faulty and it took man

Pros: The pool (although it is paid). It is easy to move around in public transport buses to and from T5 and T2-3 of Heathrow. Cons: It is not easy to see the pedestrian entrance from Nene Road.
