Good location, but not a clean hotel, 2/3 star
Pros: That it was built with the stadium which is a unique feature. Cons: Very dark walls, room was so dusty that it felt horrible being in there. The design..narrow corridors, felt like a prison.

Pros: The room is very clean, size wise is really good for the price. The stuff are very nice and helpful. The whole floor where I stayed was clean, quiet, and it smells clean. The information are all accessible within the room. The best thing is I slept well, bed is good. Cons: The only thing I am not happy is the pool area, it is too small for a hotel. If it was a private villa it is a perfect but because ita a hotel andvlots of people using it, its not fit for purpose. There are not much fiid choices in the reataurant and for room service as well. The room service was like UberEats delivery

Pros: Staff were extremely helpful as always both on the day shift and evening shift on both occasions we stayed it was the England football game and they allowed us to eat in the lounge area so my son and I could watch the game and have something to eat even though the restaurant was closed Staff are a credit to you please could the staff on shift be acknowledged Cleaning team also very helpful nothing was a problem Room very well presented on arrival Cons: Nothing only suggestion I would make for improvement would be seating outside just a couple of small tables (removal so it was put out
