Lovely hotel, comfortable luxury room with friendly staff, good breakfast and spa facilities

Pros: We had to book this hotel last minute because the other one we had booked on booking.com was unsuitable. The staff here were lovely & helpful particulsrly Donna on reception. This hotel was more suitable to our needs, comfortable and use of the space facilities was great Cons: Staff, room, location, breakfast, spa favilities

On arrival the receptionist (Donna) was so friendly and helpful excellent customer service.

Everything was great apart from being woken up at 6am by dance music and shouting coming from Gym.

Pros: Staff were lovely and facilities were great. Cons: Go woken up at around 6am with what sounded like a rave going on near my room.
