If I were to stay in a 4-star hotel, I expect they have good service and provide a pleasant stay, but this is just subpa
Pros: Only good location Cons: Cleaning is not clean, sheets are not changed, toiletries were not refilled if not asked. Hotel halls are scary and poorly lit, only motion sensor that doesn't last long. Rooms do not have good noise isolation, we heard thuds at night.

Pros: I really liked the spaciousness of the room, comfortable and well-organized. The location is great, perfect for visiting the area and moving around comfortably. I also greatly appreciated the services provided to guests: the presence of the clothes steamer was really useful, as well as the free water dispenser, a very welcome touch. Cons: The only downside was the breakfast, which in my opinion could have been more varied, with a wider choice of products.
