Cons: I have stayed at Raffles Boston before and have also stayed at Raffles Paris, so I am familiar with the level of hospitality I associate with the Raffles brand. Unfortunately, I found the atmosphere and clientele during this stay noticeably different from my previous experience. There were numerous guests whose provocative clothing and behavior, including taking photographs and posing throughout the hotel, created an atmosphere that I found inappropriate and inconsistent with the sophistication I would expect from Raffles. The hotel also appeared poorly prepared to manage the situation.

Excellent location and fantastic staff.
Pros: The room was beautifully decorated and very luxurious. The staff was lovely and very accommodating. The spa and pool were stunning. The terrace bar was breathtaking with a great choice of drinks. Excellent location near Newbury Road. Parking on-site. Cons: The beds were not as comfortable as expected. Slightly over overpriced room for what it offers (a view to the parking lot).
