I would like to share my thoughts about the hotel and the staff at Ramada Abu Dhabi Downtown, where I have stayed five times now. During my first stay, I was extremely unhappy due to the smell of smoke occasionally reaching the non-smoking rooms, which gave me a severe headache. However, I loved the location, so I decided to return. I have been quite impressed with the staff I encountered during my second visit and subsequent stays. They went above and beyond to address my concerns. I have a strong appreciation for this country and city, and I particularly enjoy the hotel’s location as well

Very good room and facilities The buffet breakfast was great and good value and attentive staff. I had a problem losing my phone and i cannot thank the young man on reception who was off shift when i booked out for the very caring way i was given assistance. A wonderful stay.
