Disappointed
Cons: Atleast there should be a water bottle, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, floor mat was too dirty

Don’t appreciate being charged twice - dirty towels
Cons: Prepaid via booking.com, they asked for my card on arrival and asked why. Response was for holding and no amounts will be taken unless a which I accept, but they then immediately got a notification from my bank saying they had tried to take the room rate from my account.
