I booked via booking.com my stay was from 14th to 16th august , i was charged till 17th.
Cons: i stay from 14th till 16th was charged till 17th. They have not given me my refund after several request from me . I need my refund asap. Booking.com also requested for the refund on my behalf and i still dont have it

Pros: The only thing to like about this place is leaving. Cons: Where do I start? They don't bother to tell you that if you want to take advantage of their free airport shuttle you have to call
Pros: The only thing to like about this place is leaving. Cons: Where do I start? They don't bother to tell you that if you want to take advantage of their free airport shuttle you have to call. If it's after 5 PM you'll probably end up going to voicemail instead of talking to a real person and hopefully someone will call you back. I ended up spending $40 on an Uber to get me to the hotel only to arrive and find the front desk clerk hanging out in the lobby eating pizza with his buddies. Then, I get to my room. It looked like a grizzly attacked the door and the room was absolutely disgusting
