Good

Pros: The staff was very professional Cons: There was no extra blankets in the rooms and heating was turned on via the reception instead of the room.

Unfriendly staff and dirty inside. Its not a hotel its a service station

Pros: None Cons: AC is keep getting turned on despite its freezing outside. Dirty walls where you can see wiping marks and toilet had hairs and stuff from previous customers.

Nice.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and nice. The room and sheets were clean. Cons: There was some mould in the shower room.

Pros: From the moment we arrived to the minute we left the staff was always happy to help as my wife is from Scotland they even took her Scottish note as a lot of places in Leeds would not take the room was very nice and clean and everything from instructions to free tea and coffee was really nice we had the breakfast on the last day before leaving this was an extra coat but we didn't mind as we only paid for the room asked for fried eggs and the staff didn't hesitate and just went to make them all in all fantastic and we will be back very soon as was down from Scotland to see my family Cons:
