The hotel was closed!!

I booked this room 4 months ago. I got there and the hotel was CLOSED!! a sign on the door was all I got. Not a phone call, text, email or regular mail that they were closed and I didn't have 2 rooms. Horrible service from hotels.com and Ramada

Did not get the room I paid for

Did not get the room I paid for. Dead cockroach in all drawers. Dirty carpets, inoperable outlets. Had to ask for towels & blanket. No in-house facilities - restaurant closed, gym shuttered, not all vending machines working. Nor Ice machine.

You should avoid this place at all costs

You should avoid this place at all costs. I checked out after 1 hour. The beds were broken, the bathroom looked like a bomb hit it, the door had a huge crack in it. I had come to find out that someone had been murdered in this hotel days before my stay. So to summarize, I do not recommend this place for your overnight stay. BUT, it seems like a great place to score some drugs and possibly get killed.

Terrible stay!!

The bathroom door wouldn't close. The door to enter the room was being held together by duct tape. The heater didn't work.
