Pros: Close to the airport, blackout curtains, television worked, clean sheets, and big fluffy pillows. Cons: Unable to sleep because of loud slamming doors. Housekeepers in the hallway were very loud. A hook in the bathroom fell off the wall when I tried to use it. Vending machines out of order plus not enough choices. I overpaid my tab in the little restaurant and nobody will call me back.
Cons: Staff was not helpful. She was acting like a robot. No smile , no explanation.
It was nice, although, when you want to enjoy your time, the front desk should be friendly.
Pros: The shuttle was on time Cons: The staff there is rude. It seemed you could not ask a question without feeling you were bothering them or just get a smart answer.

Pros: Solo la posizione Cons: Allora in 3 giorni nessuno e venuto mai a pulire la stanza e poi mi hanno prelevato dalla carta di debito 169,31 euro alle 3 di notte giorno dopo chekin anche se ho già pagato intero soggiorno. La reception giorno dopo non ha saputo darmi alcuna spiegazione e addirittura parlava con altre persone al telefono e non mentre gli parlavo. Ho mandato due mail al hotel senza ricevere alcuna risposta e attendo booking che risolve il problema.
The Best weekend ever 😃
Pros: The staff was amazing, we had an early check in and the lady at the front desk ( I totally didn't get her name) was very helpful, she actually ran to get the bathroom open for me as I had just gotten off of the freeway and Really had to go!! The rest of the stay was even better, totally loved the location to our events for the weekend. Overall, a great experience. Would recommend to anyone, and hope to go back! On the way home we actually discussed the fact that we were Right next to the Airport and in our room or anywhere in the motel, we didn't hear any airport traffic!! Cons: Can't th
