Horrendous Hotel - Do Not Trust With Your Booking!
Disgusting Hotel - booked and paid for overnight stay with young children due to length of airport layover. Hotel cancelled booking 40 mins before we were due to arrive, we now are stuck in PVG Airport for hours with nowhere to sleep. How can a hotel take your money and then cancel booking like that - shocking absolutely fuming!

Horrible experience
Absolute terrible hotel. Aircon not working and stuck on 26 degrees. They told me they cannot adjust the temp because it is winter!! I made the grave mistake of staying at this place twice. Never ever again. The reception was apologizing and offered a fan.
Very nice hotel
No good restaurants around the hotel
