Disappointing stay - No (hot) water or WiFi

Pros: The food at the restaurant was quite tasty and of good quality if you have the patience to wait for it. The staff were quite welcoming and helpful on the first night. Cons: Our experience at this property was far from what we expected. On the day of check-in, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning unit, which meant we had to change rooms. Unfortunately, the new room was not guest ready. Upon arrival my rooms smelled like sewage, i called front desk , i was upgraded to a suite which after a day had the same issue .. I stayed on property for 4 days and 3 out of the four days of my stay i had no water from 4am-12pm which ruined my days and plans because i could not take a shower!!! I made numerous reports to the front desk and requested to speak to the manager who never called or came to see how he or she can assit .. Oh and to top it off there is a big security issue just for the sake of this property i will not disclose but once again this was reported to the front desk

Staff Trying, But Management Is Failing

I stayed at the Ramada in St. Kitts for what was supposed to be a two-night stay during the Music Festival. It turned out to be a frustrating experience from start to finish. I’m giving this hotel one star—only because the staff were trying. The issues here are clearly bigger than them and seem tied to poor management or ownership. I checked in late at night. The staff at the desk were polite but overwhelmed, which I expected given the busy weekend.
