Budget stay, delightful staff
Pros: The staff were absolutely lovely, worked hard to make me feel comfortable and were so happy to help. The lovely lady who greeted me was a sweetheart. Cons: No aircon, but there wasn’t a fan in the room when I got there and the fan I was given was fairly useless. Also not many charging points.
I wouldn't have thought that England / Newcastle is so dangerous.
Pros: The location near the Millennium Bridge and the city is very good. It is a modern and well-equipped hotel. Cons: Attention motorcyclists: during the night, an attempt was made to steal the motorcycle parked in the hotel parking lot (not easily visible from the street) and it was severely damaged in the process. A hotel employee apparently noticed this on the video surveillance and called the police. The theft may have been thwarted as a result. There is a barrier at the entrance, but there is enough space for a motorcycle. It appears that the attempted theft was deliberately scouted and

Pros: Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. A decent size room with everything we needed and a great location...easy walk into Newcastle. Cons: There was a leaking overflow at the entrance to the hotel which didn't smell too good, but I'm sure that will have been rectified.
