Pros: Great location & some friendly, professional staff. Cons: The door slams due to the structure, and noisy neighbors talk and yell loudly at 2 am due to the thin walls between rooms. No fridge in the room & fixed low-temperature thermostat. Some staff seemed quite exhausted & not that professional while greeting & getting service; they seem to need a vacation for a refresh...

Ótima estadia

Pros: Ótima localização, perto de tudo na cidade. Staff super gentil e prestativo. Quarto amplo e limpo. As camas são confortáveis. Banheiro limpo e funcional. Cons: Elevador demora bastante. Não é suficiente pro hotel inteiro. Poderia ter um travesseiro mais baixo.

Pros: Location and staff were great Cons: Swipe cards were hit and miss working on our room. We got one fixed, however still didn’t work at times and we just put up with it and hoped it eventually would
