Pros: Close proximity to the airport, friendly staff and comfortable room. The airport transfer is an excellent service Cons: We stayed twice recently. On the first stay the lounge bar did not open on time. On the second trip it did not open at all. Arriving on a long international flight, it was disappointing that the opportunity to relax in the lounge was not available at all over the two days we were there. This was particularly so given the wild weather prevented any trips outside the hotel.

Service was exceptional for left behind teenagers mobile phone.
Pros: Convenient location, free shuttle bus. Good pricing. Clean rooms, great beds ( most comfortable beds from hotels visited ) Very helpful staff - left a mobile phone there 3weeks ago and staff kept it safe for pick up on return through Shanghai - thank you to Amelia Tan, very much appreciated. Cons: N/A

Very disappointing
The location says it all.. hotel was empty.. the bar was closed, no staff was said.. but I think no customers. It was very unpleasant. I have been there often in the past, and it was always busy, full, and cozy in the lobby. Never again Ramada Pudong
