Pros: Nice resort and great family friendly facilities Cons: The person at check-in was extremely pushy about attending a sales presentation the following day, which I found quite disappointing

Pros: Nice resort and great family friendly facilities Cons: The person at check-in was extremely pushy about attending a sales presentation the following day, which I found quite disappointing. I was on holiday with my family and my priority was to relax and enjoy our time at the resort, rather than being repeatedly approached about attending a sales event. It took away from what was otherwise a really enjoyable experience. Everything else about our stay was great, but the pressure around the sales presentation was a significant negative and something I would hope could be addressed for futur

Great cozy getaway!

Pros: The swimming pool, indoor arcade Cons: I think the spare blankets in the rooms should be washed more often, my daughter was getting allergies while using it.

Comfortable and location was easy to get to everything

Pros: Ease Cons: The lunch time food by the pool was not the nicest. Brekky was good though and never had dinner there
