Pros: Location Cons: Very small room. And noisy air machine that cannot be turned off

Pros: Helpful staff when we arrived for check in. Close to everything we needed. Comfortable. Reserved a car park, nice and secure. Cons: Just a small point please replace rusty toilet brush holder.

Excellent location with great facilities, good value.

Pros: Location, facilities, clean room. Cons: The woman greeting me at reception was not into her job. I’d had a bit of a journey to get to the hotel & walked in the rain & was happy to get there, but her manner was rude & uncaring. She couldn’t summon up even half a smile & rattled through instructions so fast it was hard to understand her. What a shame - no personality at all. An aside was the bathroom walls all need a wipe down, especially above the shower and around the basin area - quite a bit of dust and dirt built up over time.

Pros: Room was clean upon arrival. Cons: Flickering lights in hallway, dated halls, room access card was old and the back and front not connected. Hard to get card to scan in the elevator, late check in didn't know which card was for which room (different types off rooms booked). Room wasn't made up one day.

A pleasant stay

Pros: Standard hotel room. Had amenities you’d expect. Staff at front counter was polite. Cons: A bit dated. Some cobwebs here and there. Parking was about $50 per night (but the kind lady at the front counter told us about cheaper alternatives which was helpful).
