Ideal location, great value
Pros: Lady on reception was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay, and really made me feel welcome Cons: Only minor gripe was TV had several stations that appeared half scrambled when you tried to watch them
Convenient, comfortable
Pros: The room was comfortable and had most of what I needed. The breakfast was great and the hotel is very conveniently located for getting to the centre of Telford. Cons: It would have been nice to have a hairdryer in the room and I couldn't work out how to keep the window open again after closing it the night before.
Very pleasant 1 night stay.
Pros: Great location and easy to get to, plenty of parking. Room was excellent, lots of space and comfortable. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was good, nice selection of hot and cold food. Cons: Nothing.
