Enjoyed my stay except the rece

Cons: I was told by booking.com this is free parking however I was charged £5 for packing upon arrival with the excuse of not booking directly on Ramada website. This has turned out to be a fraudulent offer being advertised online and needs to stop now since individuals including myself booked because of free parking.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms. Easy to get back onto the motorway. Would definately use for future stays

Very pleasant but did not agree with extra car parking charges.

Pros: Very handy it's position, we have used this hotel many times before. Cons: New charges for car parking, not mentioned when booking.
