I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a cost-effective way to stay in London and be close to the
Pros: The location was fantastic! Only a few minutes walk from Portobello Market & Ladbroke Grove. The bathroom and kitchen are shared, however we basically had the whole floor to ourselves (in the peak of summer by the way). Cons: There’s no elevator so bringing your bags up and down the stairs is a mild inconvenience.
One of my favorite places to stay in London...will be back again soon!

Great location but very transactional feel
Pros: Great location with lots of shops and things to do nearby, and easy connection to the tube. The decoration in the bedrooms is charming and cheerful, and the room I had was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and I had a nice big window in my room with lots of natural light. Cleanliness was good too. Cons: For a family-run business as part of the brand, I was surprised for everything to be so digitalized / without humans around! I visit London regularly and this was the only time I've stayed somewhere with 0 humans physically around to support or welcome you to the place. The online ch
