Worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed!!!

If I could give this a minus 5 star I would. I booked here for a month & it was the craziest month ever!! Amazingly…The rooms a pretty comfortable, but sadly that didn’t make up for the horrible noise, drugs, prostitution, loud parties & slamming doors all the time!! For two weeks of my stay there was no Internet or TV working, and I talked to the front desk over and over and they kept saying that they were working on i, but never did! When I ask for a discount since I was trying to do work out of my room, they refused & were totally rude!!! The Management here is absolutely horrible!! they al

Worst hotel experience ever

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Prostitutes, pimps, drug dealers and addicts along with a huge crowd of homeless people in and out of the hotel stealing breakfast items and doing drug deals. No internet or TV during our stay. Complained to management 5 times and they didn't respond to calls or emails and laughed at us for complaining on the last day. Sonesta should revoke the franchise rights for these owners. Dozens of other guests were complaining during our stay. The hotel has become a public safety hazard and this hotel violates the consumer protection act in washington state by establishing a pattern

My stay was very pleasant the women at the front desk sharmin was very helpful and nice thank u for being a breath of fresh air

Not a 3 star hotel

Rooms are stained, need painting and smell bad. This is more of a 2 star hotel, not a 3 star.

Stay away. TERRIBLE

Broken security lock, tv did not work, smelled, thick dust. Did not return our $100 security deposit after several attempts.
